YOUR TASKS ARE
- Conveying an agile minimum as well as the correct application of agile methods (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
- Coaching, workshops and training of employees in agile project development
- Moderating meetings (daily stand up, sprint planning, etc.)
- Defining and implementing improvements in the agile process
- Supporting the development teams in the creation of high-quality medical products
- Establishing a common standard in agile development throughout the organization
YOU ARE OFFERING
- Successfully completed Bachelor‘s degree, ideally in the natural sciences
- Several years of experience as agile coach or comparable activity
- Ideally certification as Scrum Master® or comparable certification
- Fluent in written and spoken German and English (C1)
- Sensitivity for topics of intercultural cooperation
