YOUR TASKS ARE
- Assistance for 1st level support for all locations
- Installation and administration of the systems used in the company (hardware and software)
- Analysis and solution of technical problems when using Office based applications
- Support with the administration of the Windows servers
- Ensuring the smooth running of all IT-supported processes
- Setting up new workstations including telephone, email and network access
- Collaboration in IT projects at the site and within the company group
YOU ARE OFFERING
- Completed IT training (IT specialist for system integration, Bachelor‘s degree or comparable training)
- At least three years of professional experience in the field of help desk, IT support or administration and handling help desk software
- Very good knowledge of Windows 7/10 and Office 365
- Good knowledge of Active Directory
- At least basic knowledge of network technologies
- Experience in production environments is desirable
- Be open-minded for innovations and changes
- Good to very good English and German language skills
